Archimedies Death Ray

This Technological Achievement gives you ability to make Archimedies Death Ray units. These units are only good against ships and cost 15 production to build. You may only place one Archimedies Death Ray in a territory, however as some territtories match up against many land territories you will have to place them strategicly. The Archimedies Death Ray does 10 attacks against enemy (not yours) ships with each attack at an 80% chance of hitting. Be carefull when placing these great units as they are only good against ship and will do NO good against land units of any kind.
