Cosmic Death Ray

This Technological Achievement is for the ability to build a Cosmic Death Ray machine. The Cosmic Death Ray only attacks God units: no other kind of units can be damaged by this machine. The machine is destroyed if the territory it is in is taken over by another Pantheon. The Cosmic Death Ray cost 30 production to make and there may only be one per territory. The Cosmic Death ray gets 7 attacks with an 80% chance of hitting for each attack. To get around this machine simply do NOT attack the territory it is in with Gods.
