If you are using firefox, there are a few steps that have to be followed first. Please
download the FFClickOnce update from
Mozilla. Then, after it installs, you must go into Tools>Add-Ons and click the FFClickOnce box.
Click on Options... Then check the first box which says don't prompt me. After this, the
installer should work fine.
