Wheel of Life

The Wheel of Life is the belief that your people believe in reincarnation and that the dead are reborn. What this does is allow a pantheon to bring back into play a god or hero that has already died. Normally a Pantheon cannot bring back Gods and heroes that have died and once you have all your gods into play, you cannot get any more unless you get an Interloper Faction.
